It can promote vigorous growth of branches and leaves, improve fruit quality and yield, enhance crop resistance to disasters, and can be used as base fertilizer, topdressing, and seed fertilizer. It can also be used in textile, leather, medicine, chemical reagents, and battery production.

Not suitable for application on acid soil.

If it is necessary to apply, can be appropriate with some lime or organic fertilizer. However, it must be noted that ammonium sulfate cannot be mixed with lime to prevent the decomposition of nitrogen loss. Generally, the combined application of the two should be separated by 3~5 days.
